My monitor is randomly loosing signal !! HELP

so my monitor will randomly loose signal and i do not know why
and to counteract this i will have to turn my pc off and turn it back off my holding the power button.
sometimes it happends when Iam away with the oc and sometimes it happens when Iam at the pc interacting with it.
I dont know if its my monitor or my hdmi cable from my pc to my monitor or if its my graphics card i really have no clue.

someone suggest something to fix this because it is very annoying.

You need to provide more information. It MAY be your cabling or your video card.
What cable is it? Is your videocard overheating? Did you check if your cable is well connected in both ends?
It may be your power cable or your signal cable.

Well, just check the temperature with GPU Temp or any other program that displays gpu temperature, under 90C/194F you should be fine
