My monitor is too big, any suggestions?

I've just bought a new TV Display, in advance to use it with my PC.
Well I did a mistake, it is a 32 inch led flat screen, and the display size if too big for me to use with

is there any software which could help me make the display to output a smaller screen size
i mean to make this 32 inch screen to more like a 24 inch screen?
