my monitor keeps auto adjusting and popped out it so annoying i'm using LG 20M37A which is has been 3 years i don't know whats wrong maybe someone can help me

lol i mean that auto adjust notification keeps pop out also

You might be able to turn off "auto adjust" in the monitor's OSD setup menu using the monitor buttons.


That's what I did on my old AOC monitor, that stopped it. Then If screen needed adjusting I did it manually using the one-touch auto-adjust button.

there's no turn off auto adjust option on my monitor, only "auto" button. but not auto adjust only sometimes the OSD menu also popped out itself. i think my monitor buttons error or something??
