My monitor keeps beeping

Everytime I go into a game my monitor beeps like 3 beeps. Its really annoying.

What are your COMPLETE system specs? What Game(s) are you getting the beeps in? Is there a pattern (Short, long, long, etc) to the beeps?

I honestly think its only the witcher 3, It is 3 short beeps the beeps increase in pitch also

What monitor do you have?

In my experience, beeps don't come from the monitor, only from the system speaker during boot-up, indicating some problem with the system(System beep codes).

I don't even have my system speaker in rn nothing is happening, I think it is fine i was just checking. Thanks for the help though.
