Question My monitor keeps turning on and off when moving/maximizing a window ?

The monitor keeps turning on and off when I maximize a window and I don't know if it's a gpu, faulty cable, or the monitor is the one that's broken.
I also tested if I disconnect the other monitor and it will still keep turning on and off.

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Include PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition (original to build, new, refurbished, used)? History of heavy gaming use.

Monitors: make, model, connectivity to PC? GPU, motherboard/iGPU? DVI, HDM, DP?

Overall though the first suggestion would be to reinstall the GPU drivers.

Manually download via the applicable manufacturer's website. Reinstall and reconfigure.

No third party installers or similar tools.
