Question my monitor lowers the hz from 200 hz to 60hz automatically

Hello I have an Asus Rog PG35VQ monitor and when I leave it for a few minutes without using it, the hz is lowered, I go to Nvidia and I can not raise the hz, I can only increase it if I restart the pc, I use a DP cable, I need help please.

Do you have a setting that sets the refresh rate to 60 Hz?
What GPU are you using?

Right click display settings then go to the display and show advanced display settings and change the refresh rate in there and it should save
