Question My monitor says input not supported

I have an AOC monitor (24.5 '') but every time I start a game it makes a clicking sound. then the screen goes black and says input not supported. I have already searched for solutions (I have already changed the resolution but nothing works) I have connected my GPU with an HDMI cable

I would like tips
