Question My monitor says out of range on a supported resolution

Hi
I have a ViewSonic va2406-mh which supports 1080p 100hz but when i try to put it on said resolution it says out of range even though the cable is tested for 2k 144hz the graphics drivers are updated and firmware of gpu i can only get 75hz out of it tested it on 2 pcs to no avail

What video connection are you using?
Your monitor may not support 100Hz mode on all video inputs.

Hdmi it has only hdmi and vga and 100hz support on hdmi only

BTW - in this table I don't see 100Hz mode support at all. Max is 75Hz.

In the manual it clearly states 100hz support
