Question My monitor screen blinks green but won’t turn on

So I bought today new vga cable for my computer i tried it and it didn’t work (i came to conclusion that vga input in pc doesn’t work) so i tried to connect my laptop to monitor with the same cable and it worked. I connected my pc with my tv via hdmi cable and it worked,so i got a vga convertor and it worked but after two minutes my screen froze so I restarted my pc (pressed the button) now my monitor wont turn on but when i plug cable out it says “no signal” idk what to do pls help

and you tested the monitor to the laptop again?
got another monitor to test the pc?

Yes, i tested the same monitor to laptop and it works,i have another monitor but idk if it works
