My monitor settings have changed

I have a 24" curved MSI monitor, model Optix G24C. It has a refresh rate of 144hz but for some reason It's stuck at 60hz and I can't figure out how to fix it. I recently had to wipe my pc due to a malfunction while cloning and it screwed up all my monitor settings. The color is off, my refresh rate is messed up, and it's really getting on my nerves. I can't figure out how to fix it.
