Question my monitor turns off while gaming

when I play games my monitor suddenly turns off and I can't turn it on it's like it isn't getting any signal from the pc the monitor is working and the pc aswell it happens in games like warframe and it happens randomly and it says no signal from display port

Not the best PSU on the market, but it should suffice. Are you overclocking anything? Have you tested your memory for defects? What are your CPU and GPU operating temperatures at idle and under load?

Is your motherboard BIOS the most recent version?

how can i tell if my memory has defects ? my idle temps:gpu 25-30 cpu:30-40 underload 50-60 on both
i think the motherboard does but i only got it 2 weeks ago but i'll check

does it do it at all when doing anything else. I ask because I had a similar problem when I upgraded to a 1440p monitor. Turned out it was I tried using freesync and overdrive on display port (also tried HDMI) on my new monitor. So it could be as simple as the settings your using.
