After I turn off my monitor then back on, it don't display anything. My system sees it as a display, yet the monitor is not receiving any signal. I reboot and everything works as intended. I have tried power cycling, I have checked the cables and no change. Any thoughts?

I've unplugged the cables and doing so while my computer is running results in the same thing, the system will not display on the monitor again. I am using a GPU, AMD 580. The monitor is not in any kind of eco mode. Nothing was changed within the past week to cause this, it just happened.

The only other thing I could add is to try unplugging the cable from the gpu while the pc is on. Then power down, then turn off your psu. Press the power button on your pc for 20 seconds. Then turn on psu, turn on pc without cable in gpu. Then turn off pc plug cable into the gpu turn on pc with monitor on. After getting to windows post, try turning the monitor off then on.
