Question My monitor wont go full screen

Hi was wondering if anyone could help my monitor is AOC G2590PX 24.5 inch

my graphics card is msi gtx 1660ti
i have it set at 1920 x1080
as you can see in the picture there is a black bar going around the monitor

You've got it set at wrong resolution which results in wrong aspect ratio.
Should be 1920 x 1080 for that monitor model:
