My monitor wont open

HI I bought a new ram for my computer and it's a ddr3 pc 1333 ram and I installed it in my Intel(R) Pentium Dual Core E6600 PC but when I turn my PC on the monitor won't open and I found out that my mobo is only 1066 Mhz. Does my newly bought ram has a compatibility issue with my mobo?
