my lcd is turning blue..??????????this is a good cmv lcd.....my card or mabey my monitor??????

Make sure the cable from the graphics card to the screen is properly fitted. Tightly screwed in. This is if it flickers to a blue colour, suggesting a connection problem.

Do you have another PC to try it?

If you do not have another PC to try it but your motherboard have a built in graphics, then remove the discrete video card and try to connect the monitor to your motherboards graphics port. Check from there.
