Try running both displays at 120hz. Quite often we see flickering issues when running multiple monitors at different refresh rates. Also, if one monitor is used for gaming and the other is not, try reducing the non-gaming display to 60hz but leaving the gaming display at it's native refresh rate.
Also, before trying any of that, it would be wise to go into Nvidia control panel and make sure that both displays are set to the proper resolution under the "PC" heading, not the "Ultra HD, HD, SD" heading in the resolution options (2. Choose the resolution) on the change resolution page. Make sure for both monitors that they are also set to the correct refresh rate. If both are set to the correct resolution under "PC", and not "Ultra HD, HD, SD" AND both are set to the correct refresh rate, then try the options I listed above.
If none of that works, try doing a clean install of the display drivers using the DDU.
If that doesn't work, trying changing one, and then the other display cable.
Making sure your motherboard has the latest BIOS version is a good idea as well.
