Question my monitors hz

i got this 144hz monitor but when i use vsync in games it only cap at 60hz but i sat the settings to be 144hz how to fix it

Because your game is capped at 60 fps.
Which game are you playing ?
and which card are you using ?
Also which game are you trying to play.
