Question My monitors keep saying no signs out of nowhere while I'm playing call of duty modern warfare?

I've had no issues for months but as soon as I start this game as of today it will say no signal and then do nothing until I restart my pc. It sounds like a windows notification pops up but I can't read it because my screens are black. My Gpu and cpu temps are normal and I updated drivers so at this point I don't know anymore. I've checked all of my cord connections as well.

Is the game running at the monitors native resolution and refresh rate? If not it may be the issue. Does a hard restart solve the no signal issue?

Specs? Sounds like a gpu or driver issue to me

As far as I know it should be at the native resolution and refresh rate. I'm always pretty thorough when starting a new game but this issue is new on a game I've played for months and I haven't changed anything recently.

I have a i7-8700k, a z390 Aorus Master MOBO, a msi 2070 super, and 32gb of trident z memory, and a 27" acer 144hz monitor. I can post additional specs if needed but these should really be the only ones that matter.
