Question My monitor's power jack gets so hot that my screen turns off and on ?

I have a Samsung C24RG50FQM 144hz monitor and this is the second time the power jack gets so hot it is hard for me to touch it.

Are you still using the original power adapter that was supplied with the monitor ?
