Question My monitors turn black while using computer and wont turn back on unless I restart my pc.

As of today I have had this happen 5 times. I start up path of exile on my computer and after playing for about 10-20 minutes both my screens turn black and I can't get them back on unless I restart my pc. I've tried completely uninstalling my drivers and reinstalling it. I've also checked the cables behind my monitors.

What could this be caused by and how do I fix it.

Which graphics card is it?
How hot is it getting while gaming?
CPU as well please.

Have a look at the windows event log at the time the monitors went black.
