Question My monitors

Ok I'm not new to PC but I only know the very very basics so try keep it simple. When I turn on my PC my first monitor turns on but my second one turns on says check signal cable, Than keeps switching from HDMI to Analog, The message about the cable isn't distorted.

The message about the cable is the monitor telling you that windows does not display on the second monitor before you log in.

Please post full system specs, which port the second monitor is connected to, and whether or not your using any type of adapter for that monitor.
