Question My monitot is randonly flickering and i dont know what to do0

The title my monitor is flickering randomly i tried reinstalling drivers no help, it seems to happen the most if i have a game open in the background amd i am on google or something but it also happens when just on desktop. Below is the video, my gpu is rx 580 if thats important. If anyone can help thank you so much.

What monitor? Have you tried another cable? Are you using freesync? Had this issue before. One suggestion was turn the refresh rate down in your settings.

Im not using freesync. I will try another cable tomorrow thanks for the suggestion. I do feel as though it might be my gpu rather than my monitor. Or it could just be the cable.
