I have a asus aspire tc 895 and i am trying ti upgrade the power supply to add in a new gpu (gtx 1070) only problem is that i noticed that my mother board does not have a 24 pin input is there anyway i can get around this problem? Im just getting into building computers and thought a great way to start was a gpu upgrade. Thanks

If you haven't already bought the gtx 1070, this has been suggested in a review:
'A low-powered, slot-power-only video card could be a solution, but you're otherwise restricted. Some calculations we did on the venerable Outervision PSU Calculator suggest you could squeak in a GeForce GTX 1650 card with the PSU in this configuration, provided the card is short enough and doesn't need a dedicated power connector.' (https://au.pcmag.com/old-desktop-pcs/85864/acer-aspire-tc-895-ua91).
I don't know of any easy way to get around the nonstandard PSU.
Another option would be to sell the asus aspire tc 895 and build a new system.

Yes i have already bought the 1070 and have the psu i am now planning on buying a motherboard and a new case so i can reuse the cpu and the memory. Thanks for the information greatly appreciated

10th gen CPU with relatively low IPC is not worth to upgrade. You better sell the whole computer and start over again with a complete new custom built.

What's the brand and model of the PSU you bought?
