My motherboad lost power

My motherboard was working but not displaying and I decided to wash the board with gasoline after washing the board the board has refuse to show power light and the mother board is not showing any sign of booting. I have tried all my methods yet have found no solution. Please help me solve this problem. I am patiencely waiting for your response as I work on my HP laptop to show power.

You should wash a motherboard with Isopropyl Alcohol. Try and see if you've bent or broken any pins on the CPU socket, speaking of which you didn't state your board's make and model. How long was it since you let the board dry and powered it up?
