My Motherboard and GPU Indicator Lights for Power Are Always On, Is This OK?

My PC itself isn’t on (power button not pressed), but the switch on the PSU is flipped on, my motherboard has RGB lights, should they be continiously on, and is it ok to keep the switch on the back of the PSU on, or should I turn it off when I’m not using the system?

Just kidding, anyway your PSU still continously supplies your motherboard 5v while plugged in and the PSU switch flipped on and that's perfectly normal. I have an Z370E and it also has RGB on while my system is off.
