[SOLVED] My motherboard doesn't have 3 OR 4 pin RGB headers for my fan module.

Hello everyone. I'm very new to the pc building space. I recently bought a new PC case to transfer all of the guts from my old PC. The new case came with 7 RGB fans and a module to go with them. The RGB module requires a 3 pin 5v RGB header and I knew I didn't have that so I bought a deep cool converter to supply the module from a 12v 4 pin header realizing that I needed a 12v 4 pin RGB header. Can I plug that 4 pin RGB cable into a SYS_FAN 4 pin header? If anyone knows any other solutions that would me much appreciated. I don't need to program the fans from a software, if I could just get the fans to run and use the little remote that came with the module to change the colors I would be content with that.

No you can't. The fan headers are made to power the fan motor, they have nothing to do with RGB or other lighting. Please read your motherboard manual and any other manual you may have received with your equipment.
