Question My motherboard doesn't pass the VGA debug light and turns off and on in a loop

Motherboard Z390 A Pro,
PSU: Corsair RM750X,
RAM: Corsair LPX 8GB DDR4
CPU: i5-9400F LGA1151(Discrete graphics card Required)
Graphics Card: Zotac GeForce GT 1030

Inspect the CPU socket for any bent or broken pins. As a side note, have you tried sourcing another discrete GPU from a friend or neighbor to rule out the slot or even the GT1030 being the culprit? Can you inspect your CPU's revision/stepping number? Check to see if it's R0 or U0 .

I inspected the cpu socket, found no bent pin. Searched for the stepping number, it's U0. And trying to source another graphics card
