my motherboard got shocked

i was installing a extra hard drive and grazed my motherboard, my pc is not turning on. im certian its the mother board. but is the cpu dead as well?

Did you not have a anti static wrist band on?

I doubt one touch would kill it, but it's not impossible.

The CPU shouldn't be dead, it's most probably fine.
