My present specs are :
Intel core 2 duo 2.33ghz
6 gb ddr3 RAM
450w psu
Gigabyte g41m combo ddr3 motherboard
Gigabyte geforce gtx 1650 4gb ox edition

The RAM of a motherboard is separate to the RAM of a graphics card; there is no compatibility issue there.

Where there might be an issue is whether your motherboard has a UEFI BIOS.

Some users with the motherboard has more recent graphics cards installed like the GTX 1080ti, so a GTX 1650 should be fine. (Whether it will be the 'best' choice depends on other factors.)
