Question My Motherboard just run with 2 dimm slot

I have Gigabyte GA-6LXSG Server MB, it's have 4 DIMM slots, first i run it with my i7-4770 and 4 sticks of 4Gb RAM, it's run normally for 3 days, but last night my PC got dump and after check i found my CPu and 2 sticks of RAM are broken and not working anymore. After that i replace with E3 1246-v3 CPU and 2 other RAM but my MB just run with 2 sticks of RAM, if i put all 4 sticks in place it's not run (3 sticks have a same problem too) and can't detect RAM, but it's run normal with any 2 pair of RAM and any slot i put in. I have try with i5-4590 and it's still not work with 4 RAM. I don't know what happen with my MB 😕

Do you have the latest mobo bios?

Yes i have run latest bios version

What are you running on the os windows server linux server?

No i use window 10, but i don't think because of window, because it's cannot display when i put more than 2 RAMs.
