Question My motherboard LED lights are on my my PC won't turn on

I bought a new stick of RAM that was exactly the same to my old RAM but after installing the RAM my PC won't turn on, the fans spin a few times and that was it. I tried taking the RAM out the PC still won't turn on. I know my power supply is fine because when I plug it in my motherboards lights up. I've tried everything the internet has told me to do but I am lost. My PC is only a few weeks old so the parts shouldn't be the problem.

make sure all chords are 100% plugged in, and i mean everything, gpu, mobo, cpu, all of it, then try it again, i had a similar issue at one point, so if that doesn't work then i don't know.
