As others have stated, make sure both DOCP and XMP options are set correctly.

If That doesn't work, manually set the speed, voltage, and timings that are printed on the sticker on your RAM sticks.

Also, what power supply do you have?
Make and model please.

Put your rams into slot A2 and B2.
i guess they're atm in A1 and B1.

Most boards will use the OC on rams only on A2 and B2.
Go in Bios and manually set the clock on 3200 mhz after you switched the slots.

Please list all your computer specifications so we have a better understanding.
cpu - ryzen 1600

What CPU?
A-series / Athlon™ X4 processors support up to DDR 2400 MHz only.
With Ryzen you can try 2933 MHz.

whats special about 2933 for ryzen?

Is your XMP/DOCP turned on in bios settings?
Try this one and then manually overclock on 2933/3000mhz first.
when i tried xmp it failed

using ryzen 1600

Can you identify your motherboard?
Your Power supply?

One possible solution is that your motherboard is having vdroop or vdrop issues. When your CPU, RAM, SSD, Graphics spike the usage on your power supply the voltage can drop.

isn't b350m gaming pro specific? other than that im not sure, sorry.

B350m is the chipset. You would need to be very specific regarding manufacturer and model of the MOTHERBOARD. Several Manufacturers use B350m.

To continue on, I am assuming you are referring to the MSI B350m gaming pro.

If you are setting the XMP, there should only be 1 setting for it. You set it, and it should set all other settings to make the RAM go up to speed, including voltage.

I would reset ALL your motherboard settings and then attempt to set the XMP.

As Groveling_Wyrm said, reset your board and choose the D.O.C.P profile again.
Manually set the Ram clock on 3200 mhz.

Other way would be trying to update your bios, in your bios settings should be a option called "Flash Utility" or something like this, dont know how MSI called that.
It will check for updates and install them.
