My motherboard overheats

Hello guys. I am having this issue where my motherboard temp reaches 127*C while all my other pc components are working just fine. I have a picture here: https://ibb.co/j65bU7
I believe it is a psu issue, because whenever i play an intense game like PUBG or FIFA18 my pc just reboots itself. I have a zalman ZM700-Tx 80plus Psu. I hope you guys can help me and thank you

Do you have the same high temperature when the computer is idle?
