My motherboard ports aren't working

I recently got a new case and I transfered my parts unto that case. When I first booted up my PC I went into the bios no problem so I exited that and when my computer fully started up my Ethernet and USB ports don't work. Please Help!!

I have a MSI Z97 motherboard

I don't know how to uninstall the drivers through the bios.

You don't install or uninstall drivers thru BIOS but from windows device manager.

But that is my issue I can't even log into my computer because my keyboard and mouse only work in the bios

How about borrowing a keyboard with PS/2 connector ?
One more thought, is there Legacy setting for USB in the BIOS ?
