[SOLVED] My motherboard RGB wont respond to change.

I have an ASUS ROG STRIX B550-F Gaming (wifi) motherboard and for some reason Armoury Crate and Aura Sync won't detect the motherboard. It only changes the colour of my ram while the LEDs on my motherboard are stuck on the default configuration. Also when the computer is shut down the lights on the mobo stay on.

Have you updated the bios?

Do you have any other RGB software for other devices? Sometimes they conflict.

I have Icue, I find it conflicts with itself. So having more than one program on there for rgb could be an issue. I know Asus & Gigabyte both use same driver for RGB. I can't see it on my PC but then I haven't installed the rgb software for motherboard.
