My motherboard title does not show up!

When I boot my pc everything runs fine but instead of that big Asrock title in the middle some numbers show up as boot. And after that windows comes up.
I have a Asrock B85 Pro4 motherboard

Are you still able to get in to BIOS Setup despite no splash-screen?

I am able to get on the boot but why does it spell American Megatrends and not Asrock

Thats the BIOS, not the name of the mobo. Dont worry about it
