Question My motherboard usb ports are not working

A couple of days ago my pc updated. Since then it has been running into some problems. One of them is that only 2 of the 6 usb ports are working. The 2 usb ports are usb 3.0, the rest are 2.0 and they do not work anymore. The other problem i am detecting is that my gpu stops sending a signal to my moniters. Then i have to remove my GPU and keep it back in to make it work again. what can i do to fix these issues?

Please post your full system specs.

Have you ran Windows Update to ensure you've got the latest chipset drivers etc?
