My motherboard won’t power anything

My motherboard won’t power any connections it has. It receives power from the power supply because I can see a little yellow light come on the motherboard but whenever I press the power button on the computer case nothing happens. None of the fans don’t even spin and I don’t hear any noises. I’m new to pc building so I might have plugged something in wrong but I followed a step by step tutorial and triple checked to see if I had everything in order. I have an ASUS Prime B450M-A motherboard and a 600w bronze EVGA power supply
