i have asus motherboard with uefi bios on my second drive is actually only 1 year old but it seems my second drive is not spining the header goes on two times then stops but with other psu it spins perfectly fine id understand whats with the motherboard or hdd and its not visible in bios no matter which port i try it used to work good before but now idk y its like this help would be appreciated :(

Tony, Tony, Tony ... you need to use a period now and again.

It sounds like your hard drive is not spinning with your current PSU, but it does with another one. That is a power issue and has nothing to do with your motherboard. It could be the power connector you are using is damaged. Without power, the hard drive will not show up in BIOS.

I would try another power connector. I assume it is a SATA connector. Most PSUs will have 2 cables with SATA power connectors (enough for 4 hard drives).

thx for your comment but does it read the drive which is not even showing up in bios?

If you have tried multiple power connectors and the hard drive will not spin, then the most likely thing is a physical fault with the hard drive. (BTW, how do you know it won't spin?)
If this is a new drive, I would look to return it to where you bought it or send it directly back to the manufacturer.
If this is an old drive, but less than 3 years old, it is probably still under manufacturer warranty.
If is a drive older than that, then I hope there is nothing important on it.
