[SOLVED] MY MOTHERBOARD WONT BOOT BUT HAS POWER

So I have this wierd porblem, my computer wont boot in cold weather it happen last few months ago when it rain heavily due to typhoon, on that day morning I turn on my computer but nothing happen I dont hear any beep but the Mouse and Headset itself has lights afterwards in a few minutes it start to boot normally and system work fine but after in a few month another heavily rain visit in our country and the problem getting difficult, before that typhoon my computer was perfectly fine but on on the next morning and atmosphere is getting colder when I start up my computer nothing happen at all, no fan spinning or beeping but headset and mouse has light I waited for few hours maybe its just the same problem last month but it dint boot up at all. I jump start my PSU work fine but when I jump start the motherboard using screw driver it dint work .. sory for bad english

Gigabyte a320m-s2h
RAM 4gb Team Elite
PSU 500W Nuetron
1 HDD & 1 SSD
btw this is like newly fresh bought like 1 year ago

I would suspect the PSU

Best invest in a proper PSU, because good PSU have good weather tolerances

oh yee before this happen my computer just retart it self especially playing game like GTA5 OR Dota 2

no gpu only ryzen 3 3200g vega 8
