My motherboard wont boot up

My motherboard is not powering up thus the computer is not booting up, I tried the list of things to do and none of them worked,this is my hardware

-Gigabyte GA-F2A68HM-H Micro-ATX Motherboard
-ASUS EAH6450 SILENT/DI/1G
-AMD Athlon X4 860K - 3.7GHz
-G.SKILL Value Series 8GB 240-Pin DDR3
-Seagate Pipeline HD 500GB 3.5" 5900RPM Internal Hard Drive
-Standard ATX Power Supply 500W
-DIYPC Solar-M1-G Black/Green

If it's totally dead, replace the PSU.

The PSU is fine I just purchased it and all of the other parts,everything powers up except the motherboard

Check you've connected the main cable to the motherboard connector.
Ask an experienced PC builder to check your build, that's by far the quickest way to get it sorted.

I have that and the cpu plug in

Yes the fans run but the motherboard is not booted up

Is the monitor connected to the graphics card (not the onboard)? What ports using for connecting the monitor (DVI to DVI....)? Or using a tv?

The tv might not support low resolutions. I suggest testing a monitor (borrow one if possible).

I have tried it on a monitor already either way the pc doesnt boot up and i tried resetting cmos but that didnt work

Try using a DVI cable with a monitor. It would be helpful to connect a case speaker http://images17.newegg.com/is/image/newegg/12-201-032-TS?$S300W$ to the motherboard for further troubleshooting.

I will try that in a bit, but I think it is a problem with the motherboard not the display.

I tried it and it didnt work

Ar this point, for further troubleshooting, try connecting a case speaker. Or, a local PC shop might also help.
