Question My motherboard won't turn on

The issue is that my motherboard has a 17 pin panel conector and I can't find one in the market or a case pls help me thanks!

You may have a proprietary motherboard that was connected to a proprietary case.
Is that a motherboard from an HP computer?
What's the motherboard model?
