Question My mothers laptop is making a buzzing noise

Hi i use my mothers laptop to do stuff on it and take it around places, and just today without hitting on it or hitting anything, the laptop just all of a sudden made this creepy buzzing noise in the fan area and i dont know what to do

Either something is stuck in the fan, and it needs to be cleaned or it's new fan time as a fan blade may be bent or broken. Or the bearing is failing.

Use compressed air in a can to clean, don't use an air compressor. I blew off half my fan blades using an air compressor... But I got a new fan and it's quiet as new.
