Question My mouse cursor is laggy when playing games in fullscreen ?

Hello , I have made a new pc build and i have noticed the past month or so that when I am playing games with a mouse cursor on fullscreen , i.e teamfight tactics , league of legends and wow , my cursor is lagging, it feels like it has a really low and choppy polling rate some times. It does it even on borderless so i have to play in windowed mode.

Specs:
B550 AORUS ELITE V2
6800 XT with up-to-date drivers
Ryzen 7 5800X
32GB 3200 cl16 RAM

Please let me know if you had this issue or have any idea on what could cause the problem.
Also i don't know what information you need so please let me know if you require any further info on my situation.

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:

include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

Include the make and model of your peripherals as well. You state a new PC, did you recycle your older OS drive, without reinstalling your OS?

psu : be quite straight power 11 750w 80 plus gold
chassis : be quite pure base 500fx
os: windows 10 pro
monitor : lg ultragear 27gr75q-b ips
bios version :BIOS Version/Date American Megatrends International, LLC. FB, 11/14/2022 (SMBIOS Version 3.3, no clue what this is)
mouse: Logitech g pro wireless x superlight , recently swapped from another mouse and had the same problem on it aswell so i doubt it has to do with that also it doesnt happen all the time and it doesnt happen when im not playing said games so it cant be the sensor.
keyboard : custom made , base is a gmk67 off of aliexpress and
hyper x cloud 3 headset.

Well thats all haha. Hope it helps. Fyi the cursor lag is not happening all the time , whenever i record to try and show someone it fixes itself and sometimes i start the game normally and after a minute or two it just starts again.
