my mouse cursor likes to shake and move randomly half an inch up

My mouse cursor likes to shake and move randomly half an inch up down left and right and it'll sometimes just lose control too. I have no idea why, changed surfaces a few times, tried 3 other mouses, and still it shakes when i move the cursor. I have no idea why this happens. I have updated all of my drivers and even uninstalled them and reinstalled them, nothing works.

Edit: It tends to be shaking to the right when i move it. It's a very rapid shake.

Check for updated Chipset drivers and a newer BIOS. Try in a different USB port also.

I tried doing all of those and still no results, my friend was thinking I might just have to re install windows 10 altogether but i'm not sure. thoughts?

Boot with a Linux Live disk and see if the mouse does the same thing there. If it does not, it may be a Windows issue.
