My mouse feels weird all of a sudden

So last night, I was playing Overwatch and all of a sudden my mouse started to feel weird. This also happens when i quit the game. It feels very slippery and weird. Its like using a £3 mouse from china... u get me? Is the mouse faulty or how can i fix this?
