My mouse freeze and i hear the windows sound when usb is unplugged

i bought this pc 7 days ago

Cpu : intel i7 4790
motherboard : H 81B asus gamer
Gpu : Zotac Gtx 960 4gb
Ram : 8gb HyperX
WIndows 7 R2 ( its kinda weird windows it sometimes prevent me from entering some folders cuz i need admin )

Try with a different USB port or a different mouse.

Hi there Mazen Atef,

I would agree with plaintuts. It would be nice if you attach the mouse to another port. You can try this mouse on another system as well. You need to see if there is something wrong with the mouse or the system.
Apart from that, you can go to your MOBO's website and update the USB drivers.
Another thing you can try is to boot into safe mode and see if the issue persists.

One of the more common causes of that is a broken wire inside the mouse cable which is making intermittant contact.
Try holding the mouse still and moving the cable about to see if it happens.
