My mouse is having troubles

So i have a Optical Mouse and it is Reconnecting and connecting really fast at certain places but the red light keeps blinking really fast and won't work let me get it solid so it won't work

Plug your mouse to a different USB slot and look if it fixes it. If not, try with another mouse to see if it's PC issue or mouse issue.

Well Aeacus its a mouse problem and i have no clue how to fix it

If it's a mouse problem and if you have any warranty on it left, RMA the mouse. If there's no warranty left then buy a new mouse.
Nowadays, there's not much point trying to fix broken electronics by yourself. Since mice are one of the cheapest PC peripherals, it's cheaper to buy new mouse than repairing an old one.
