my mouse is totally broken

for some reason, my mouse doesn't seem to work properly, it double clicks sometimes when I try to single click, the scroll wheel is jumpy, my mouse isn't wireless, it's almost brand new (not even one month old) it's a plug and play, so it doesn't have any drivers that need to be installed, and this problem only started happening today, can someone help me?

If almost brand new you go to the shop or seller from which you got it and ask for another one unless you gave it a smack.
