Question My mouse isn't registering clicks

So it's been a week that I have noticed my mouse is not registering clicks properly, when opening a new tab in chrome, I would only have to click one, but now I have to click twice or even thrice when it isn't clicking, my mouse is ok physically, so I think this is a internal problem but even now when writing this thread, I had to click twice on the what's your question part...
